Frances BrownChief Executive Officer
Frances has a first class degree in applied psychology and extensive experience in communications and marketing. She enjoys working with clients to understand their needs, helping them to tease out the problems they are facing so that the research delivers exactly what is required. She has carried out user research for LEGO, Health Education England and Balliol College Oxford, among many others.
Michael BrownChief Research Officer
Michael has a PhD in user centred design and carried out research in UX, usability and Human Factors for 10 years before joining Fowlam. He is especially skilled at identifying research methodologies that fit the needs of the project to deliver reliable, actionable data. He has designed and delivered user research for a number of large-scale projects for central government bodies, including UK Visas and Immigration and the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
Jo PudneyProject Coordinator
Jo has worked in project management for over 10 years and has built up her experience in a variety of settings. Jo loves planning projects and tracking their development through to successful completion. While her most recent projects have been in the community sector she has also worked in local government and academic settings.
